DOMANDE REALI
Is it right for me?
Am I too old to start?
No. Adults start at many ages; pace and intensity adapt to the person.
I am not fit. Can I join?
Yes. Fitness grows through practice; it is not an entry requirement.
I am not flexible.
That is not a problem. We develop structure, mobility and awareness.
I am afraid of falling.
That is normal. Ukemi is learned gradually, beginning close to the floor.
I have never done martial arts.
No previous experience is required.
Must I buy a keikogi now?
No. Comfortable clothes are enough for the trial.
Can I come alone?
Of course. Most people do.
How long does learning take?
The path has no quick finish, but useful tools appear from the first classes.
Sport course or school?
A Budō school: technique, path, responsibility and community grow together.
How do Kyusha and Yudansha work?
Kyū grades mark initial development; yūdansha opens a different responsibility. Black belt is not the end.
